We obtain this information from various account applications and other forms you, customer reporting agencies, and other third-party sources submitted to us. The personal data gathered varies depending on the products or services you request and may include, among other things, name, address, phone number, social security number, date of birth, occupation, employer, income, and amount of assets.

We use your personal information to help us deliver the best possible service to you. The provider cannot use individual alooola client information for their own purposes. We may also transfer some or all of your personal information to non-affiliated third parties to provide you the products and services you request. These non-affiliated third parties may be financial service providers (such as broker-dealers, banks or insurance companies) or others (such as professional services organizations or other service providers). The relationship between alooola and each of these non-affiliated third parties is governed by an agreement requiring the third-party to respect the confidentiality of each client’s or former client’s personal information. We use browser encryption, store all of our data on servers in secure facilities, and implement systematic processes and procedures for securing and storing data. We limit access to your personal and financial information to only those employees with authorized access who need to know the information in order to perform their jobs. We require any third parties who perform services for alooola to consent to the confidentiality of your information. Furthermore, if you choose to close your account or your account is terminated with us, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices outlined here, as well as applicable law. If you maintain an alooola account that you access through our website or mobile apps, you are responsible for protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer or device.

 

Access to Web-Based / App Services:

Once you have registered with alooola you can view your portfolios performance through the “member login” button of the website or by downloading the CircleBlack application. If you have any problems, you may also contact us at info@alooola.com. Due to U.S. regulatory requirements, we do not delete residual copies of outdated information and must preserve all customer data for a minimum of three years.

 

Non-alooola Platform Fees:

Occasionally an alooola member will be charged a fee beyond that disclosed in the fee schedule of the alooola platform as denoted on the website www.alooola.com and the advisory agreement. These fees include, but are not restricted to, closing account fees and ticket charges for non-traditional alooola platform investments should an alooola member request such investments.

 

Acceptance of Policy and Agreements

By using and continuing to use the alooola websites, mobile application and/or services, or otherwise providing us with personal information (such as an email address) you agree to the terms and conditions of the firm’s policies and agreement and any updates thereto. These terms and conditions may change from time to time. New policies and agreements will supersede any earlier version. Our Terms and Conditions take precedence over any conflicting policy or agreement provision. We may modify this these agreements or policies over time without prior notice by posting a new version to the website www.alooola.com, which is your responsibility to review. Any changes will be reflected and will become effective immediately upon posting to the FAQ page of the website. If changes are material, we will do our best to notify you via email or through a notification on the alooola website or mobile application. Age of Members

Our service is not directed towards anyone under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child under the age of 18 has created an account with alooola and/or provided us with personally identifiable information, please contact us at info@alooola.com. Additionally, if we become aware at any point that a child under the age of 18 is using our service, we will terminate his or her account.
